    1. Remove all wrapping and elastic band or floristry wire holding the bouquet together.

    2. Give the stems a fresh cut of 1-2cm.

    3. Fill a clean vase of appropriate size and shape full of fresh water, right up to the neck.

    4. Place bouquet in vase and position in a cool spot in the house with no direct sunlight.

    5. Refresh water every 1-2 days.

    6. Give stems a fresh cut every 1-2 days.

    7. Remove any spent flowers and dispose of as necessary.

  • Our flowers are as fresh as can be. Our flowers are harvested and out the door within 24 hours, unlike most other florists where the flowers are often already a week old before they even make it to you.

Flowers are a fresh product and much like fruit and vegetables, they are a perishable. You should expect your flowers to last upwards of 5 days.

Our mixed bouquets contain several varieties of cut flowers, all with different life spans so it is completely natural for some to age faster than others.

A number of factors will affect the vase life of your flowers - the variety of flower (some last far longer than others) and the temperature in the space.

I recommend you place your flowers in a cool spot out of direct sunlight and refresh the water every day- ensure that you fill your vessel up right to the top. I also recommend to give the stems a trim every few days to ensure the flowers are drinking up as much water as possible.

  • We will deliver to the front door if safe to do so. If no one is home and the front door is beyond a gate with/or without a dog present, our delivery personnel are at liberty to leave the order at the gate and do not take any responsibility from there on out. Please specify an appropriate delivery time frame if applicable.

No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday or public holidays. Please look to our Facebook or instagram for Christmas period closures.

We are unable to deliver orders for free - Please select appropriate delivery suburb at checkout otherwise you will be notified when your order is ready to collect from the farm. If you are confused upon checkout, please call me on 0400 081 082

Please ensure you have selected the correct delivery suburb- if you do not select the correct delivery suburb, you will be asked to pay the difference or your order may not be delivered

  • We have an online order cutoff off 1pm the day prior to delivery. This ensures we are able to full-fill your order. If you have missed this cutoff time, please call me on 0400081082 and I can assist you directly.

  • If the recipient is not home when your order is delivered, the courier will make an assessment as to whether there is a safe place to leave the flowers. If a safe and shaded place is available, the flowers will be left in a throw away recycled vessel (like jam jar for example).

If there is no safe place to leave the flowers, or it is too hot to leave them safely, they will be returned to the store. A card will be left in the recipients letterbox asking them to contact the store. An additional delivery fee may be requested if the courier has to return to the same address.

  • All of the flowers and foliage we use is grown on our farm, therefore all flowers are seasonal. All pictures on the website are indicative of rough size and do not indicate exactly what you will receive. You are welcome to make colour requests upon ordering and we will do our very best to accomodate, however, flowers used will be what is seasonal and harvested that day.
